Attached are a few pictures from our trip to the MIM in Phoenix. Six of us went down & had a great day & an enjoyable lunch in the Café where Chuck Runbeck was able to join us. It was good to see that they had Fossil Creek Creamery Goat Cheese cookies on the menu which are really good. In general was the trip was well worthwhile, the exhibits are terrific, all of us were overwhelmed by the size of the display, you couldn’t possibly see it all in one day; the tour guides were really informative & took us through the highlights, explained the different ethnic & cultural variations that caused instruments to be as varied as languages in the same general geographical areas. Well worth a visit. Oh! by the way, the museum store was a highlight also.
For a lot more of the displays go to the link below & click on “Virtual Tour” it’s great.
